End user requirements

Hello,

I am looking at infopath for data collection activity within my
organisation. But most of my users do not have office 2003. Our office portal
is Sharepoint. Is there a way that I could design the form in Infopath and
publish it in Sharepoint, and the end users using it? The problem is not all
of all them have got Infopath in their PCs. So can i make this infopath form
into a webform or webpart within sharepoint?

Currently all users must have InfoPath installed. You would be most interested in InfoPath 2007. The public beta is scheduled to be released in the not too distant future.
