Can anyboddy help me with automatic placing a reference to my Endnotes in my Table of Contents?

If your endnotes section titling is formatted using the same Style as others
that are being picked up "automatically" it will be included as well. If
you're formatting the endnotes title differently you'll need to either add
the style you're using to the TOC generator or manually mark that title for
inclusion by inserting a TC field.

Thanks - I found out, but I need to place the title over the endnotesection to secure that it is included in my Table of Content.

On the page on which your endnotes start, create a new paragraph mark by
hitting the Return key at the beginning of the first line of the first
endnote. Then, in the new paragraph, type the word "Endnotes" and apply the
same style to that paragraph as you have applied to your chapter headings --
for example, Heading 1 or Heading 2.

The word "Endnotes" will appear in the table of contents (note plural
"contents", not "content"), just like a chapter heading.
