Endnotes into Bibliography

Is there a software or any way at all to turn endnotes into a bibliography?
If there is, can it be used with Word 2003 or Word 2002?

If you want a bibliography database such as comes with Word2007, then
no.

If you just want to change your endnotes to a reference list (and
they're in the proper format), then Convert your endnotes to text, and
Sort the resulting paragraphs (Table > Sort -- you don't need to put
the paragraphs into a table).
