I need a database design that hold and manage all energy related information
like(Solar, wind, Bio-Fuels, Gas, oil, ......) and one help me.

Since the whole universe runs on energy and information (to the extent
the two can be distinguished) this could be a tall order. Perhaps you
need to be more specific about what you actually want to model.
