engineering paper template

is there a way to create a Onenote tpt showing a small grid (say 1/5 1/6")
and 2 or 3 framed spaces at the top to scribble project, topic calculation,
etc? I'm a structural eng and would love to have a standard form w/ my
company data @ the bottom and all those variable fields standardized. TIA
