English becomes Greek after "DeltaView"

Deltaview is a document comparison tool from Workshare. I don't have it, but
I have a Word doc that has some English and some Greek. It was all English
beforehand, and apparently Deltaview has turned some of it into Greek.

(1) Has anyone heard of this sort of thing happening? (2) Can anyone tell me
how to restore the doc back to all English?
