You don't need to: it's already there.
Set your Default Language to "English UK".
See the Help topic " Change the language of the spelling dictionary"
I am told that there are only a handful of words different between English
UK and English Canadian. So currently there is no separate Canadian
dictionary or proofing tools ‹ Canadians use the UK ones.
French Canadians, on the other hand, have their own version of the French
proofing tools.
