English Interface on Office 2003 Hebrew edition

I've installed Office 2003 Hebrew on my computer.
The interface is in Hebrew, and i couldn't find how to switch it to English.
I've tried to install the English 2003 Office version, but then i do not
have the proofing and dictionary options of Hebrew.

Any advices how to solve the problem?
