English Office 2007 & Tabletpc - Will it recognize french writing

Hi folks, before I get Office 2007 for Home and Student, I prefer english
software, but want to write in french on my tabletpc (handwriting). With
Office 2003, there was a package called "Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC
Edition 2005 Recognizer Pack" that allowed the english windows XP & Office
2003 to recognize french handwriting. My question is : "If I purchase the
english version of Office 2007 for Home and Student, will it also recognize
my french handwriting?, or should I get the french Office 2007?". Is there a
Microsoft tech guy that could answer this? if not, where can I post this
question so one can answer me? Thanks
