When users at our Japanese branch try to open a template created at our
headquarters, they encounter an error. Specifically, they see:
" エラーï¼ãƒ—ãƒãƒ‘ティåã«èª¤ã‚ŠãŒã‚ã‚Šã¾ã™ã€‚ " Which translates to
" Error! Property Name Error" (I'm not sure exactly how the equivalent
error would read in the English version of Word.)
The intent of the template is to create uniform document styles in
all of our offices. But our users in Japan can't use our templates.
If we need to modify our template for compatibilty, how do we do
that, and how can we know beforehand if a template is usable at
our international locations?
Any advice on where to start with this problem is appreciated.
