English to Japanese Kanji, Hirigana and Romaji program sofware

I would like to have the ability to converse with my wife's family in Japan.
Dose Microsoft have or have plans to incorporate a English to Japanese Kanji,
Hirigana and Romaji program in there software .

Are you talking about a translation software or the normal type of program
which you push the space key and it converts "toukyou" into the proper kanji
for Tokyo? If you are reffering to the second where you push the space key to
get the proper characters, then since Windows 2000 the English version of the
OS (Operating System) was able to convert in that way.

If you are talking about actual translation software from "Hello we are
doing ok, and how you been" to "konnichiwa, oretachi wa genki de, sochira wa
dou desuka?" (In Japanese characters) then I think you will need to search
more as I personally have never found a program which will properly translate
an entire paragraph without at least 10 errors.
