English to Spanish

I use Microsoft Word to do a report with grids and many tabs. About 7 pages.
Is there a way that I can change this report from English to Spanish? I am
using XP.

Of course not. No computerised translation will give you a sensibly
translated document. Use someone who speaks and understand both Spanish and
English to convert the document for you.
