Is there a way to make a radio button larger?

Not to my knowledge.

You might use two graphics, one that looks like an empty radio button, and
another that looks like a clicked radio button, and code to make them
respond to the click, but it'd be a lot of work. As far as I know, that, or
a TextBox with the proper font, is also the only way to enlarge a check box,
too.
