Enlarging Legend in MS Proj 2003

NavarroV

Hello!

I am trying to make the legend at the bottom of the page bigger than what it
is now. When we print it out, it's really hard to read because the font is so
small.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hello NavarroV,

File / Page setup / Legend
Click the "A" button : you can change the font size as you want.

Hello!

I've tried that and it changes the font size, but then it doesn't show the
entire text. Is there a way to make the legend itself bigger?

NavarroV,

In the Legend tab, you can enlarge the legend area : click the Width spin.

I'm afraid that's not possible. Even the number of rows is limited to 2.

NavarroV, you are welcome!

Hi NavarroV, you can adopt the kind of legend symbols printed by
prefixing the Gantt symbol name in Format>BarStyles with an asterisk.

@Gérard: what effect has the width field in the Page Setup>Legend tab?

Have a nice day
Michael

Michael,

The width field in the Page Setup>Legend tab manage the width of the
"counterfoil" on the left panel od the legend, where you can insert some
fields, besides the symbol bars.
