Hi - I have a high resolution screen and use Outlook 2003. I have set
all the mail formats for send, receive, and composing email messages.
Nevertheless, when I receive email it looks very small. I can enlarge
the text by using the "view" - "largest" function, but not always. I
also have done other things, increase views to 150% in word, lowered
the resolution on my screen, mad the text "normal" and probably more -
including changing a setting in Internet Explorer to make things a
little bigger (someone helped me with these).
It's not just the font of what is used, it is how the email is SEEN.
It is SEEN as tiny even though it is set for 12 point, when received.
On the other hand, some are viewing my emails as small, some as bold
and larger, even when I sent it out consistenlyin HTML in 11 or 12
point times roman.
ALSO, when I compose an email, the "TO" (e-mail address removed) is
tinytinytiny, and so is the Subject line. You need opera glasses, and
I've been told by about.com this may be hard coded.
Any insights here?
