enough free memory to update display

hi, I try write application which use api function for draw form
(RegisterClassEx, CreateWindowEx). And use RedrawWindow to redraw form.
After many time call function RedrawWindow then access 2007 appear msgbox:
"there is not free memory to update display. Close unneeded programs and try
again".
How does problem resolve ?
