Enourage 2008 not connecting to Exchange 2007after recent MS Updates

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: Exchange

I've been using Entourage 2008 connecting to Exchange 2007 [running on Server 2003 SP2] for some time now without any problems.
During the past week, following some auto updates from Microsoft on to Server environment, my Entourage authenticates properly but does not bring down any mail - although I know there is definitely mail waiting in the mailbox - Entourage also doesn't attempt to sync with Exchange server.

We've checked the settings on the Exchange server and nothing seems to have changed from what we can see.

Please help, this is driving me nuts.

Hi Jaco!

You've asked this in the Microsoft Discussions group as well as the
officeformac.com discussions group. Both of these feed into the same
microsoft.office.mac.office.entourage NNTP newsgroup and so your
question is appearing here twice.

In the future you can stick to one or the other group and everyone will
still see your message. You'll have less to track that way.

If you haven't already see my reply to your other post.
