Enquire About MS Access (Switchboard) & SQL

Hey,

By chance is it possible to use a switchboard but have clients database
details within that one table? But have two forms?

And is it possible to use SQL without a based internet connection for
example using Visual Studio.Net 2005 which has ASPX & SQL?
Sent using the Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac Test Drive.
