Ensure headings in all tables in large document don't split.

I have a large document with many, many tables. I don't ever want a table
heading left on its own while the rest of the table appears across the page!
I guess I can set every heading to 'keep with next'. Is this the best way to
do it? Also can I automate the task so that I don't have to sift through
dozens of tables to accomplish the task?

Have you thought of defining a Table Heading style that includes the "Keep
with next" property? Use in conjunction with a Table Text style that doesn't
(necessarily).
