I've checked older posts on this topic, but haven't been able to find a
good resolution, so I'm reposting.
I've recently started syncing my Treo 650 with Entourage 2004 11.2.3
using the MS Conduit (MacOS X 10.4.6, AlPB12", USB cable connection).
After one sync, I found that the Entourage conduit had been skipped. I
checked in Hotsync Manager, and found that the Entourage conduit was
"unclickable" -- i.e. double clicking on it does nothing. All of the
other conduits (Install, Backup, etc.) appear to be working properly --
when clicked, a drop-down menu appears with their options.
A search for this in this forum shows that this has been a reported
issue for the last few years. The only fix that I found reported was
to log out, then back in -- this corrects the issue, temporarily.
Syncs work, the conduit is clickable, etc. But within a day or two,
the above behavior returns.
Has anyone recently encountered this problem with Entourage? Any fixes
available? The login/out method is really annoying, as I have to quit
every document/program just to be able to sync -- a 10 min process for
a 1 min job. It's enough to make me go back to Entourage X. Any help
would really be appreciated -- thanks very much.

(As extra diagnosis info: I use my PB both with and without an external
screen throughout the day, so monitor checks by the system are
standard. Also, I tend to sleep my computer a few times each day.
Neither is ever a big deal, but might interfere in some way?)
