enter data from web?

I run a presentation for real estate agents. Basically, a master slide has
been built to showcase a home for sale. This template includes a broker
specific background, "holes" for a picture of each home, and a text box for
4-5 bullet points (number of bedrooms, number of baths, price, etc.).

Currently, the agents email me the information for each listing, and add the
photo to the email as an attachment. At this point, I build each slide
individually -- entering all of the information and positioning the picture.
But is it possible for PowerPoint to build the slides automatically? For
instance, if the agents logged into my website, uploaded the photos and
checked pre-determined bullet points -- could this be put together with
little hands-on intervention from me?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I believe something like this can be
done with Flash, but I prefer to continue using PowerPoint.

Thanks!

If you want to let your customer see the powerpoint on web without
intervention from you, you can convert it to Flash direactly. A .swf
file can be easily publshed on Web or emailed to others.
