If I understand your question, you'd like to create Project Level Enterprise
Custom Fields, and then have those populate in the Reporting Database?

1) Within PWA, go to Server Settings > Manage Custom Fields
2) Create a new lookup table. Add data to the table.
3) Create a new field. Set it to the Project Level. Set it to Text or Number
as appropriate, and point it to the Lookup Table just created.
4) Close out of any open Microsoft Project windows. Open Microsoft Project
connected to the server.
5) Go to the Project Information dialog box and populate the appropriate
data.
6) Save and publish the data.

Your reporting database should now include the specific project level field
just created.

Hi,

Easiest place to see Custom data in project server is the Views in the
reporting db whose names end with _Userview. All custom fields are
automatically appended to them and they are updated whenever the project is
published.
