Enter Network Password Dialog

I have Outlook 2002 on my laptop, now getting Enter Network Password and have
trouble getting rid of it. Email does not run smoothly either. New DSL
provider checked all my settings and I get Yahoo and Outlook Express emails
just fine. Answer in Microsoft's article said mess with regedit and that is
too scarey. Husband had trouble with Outlook on his desktop and does not use
it anymore. I would prefer using Outlook because I have a PDA connection.
Error is Ox800CCC92.
