I am trying to set up a new Outlook email account and keep getting the "Enter
Network Password" error message as it is not accepting my password. I've
tried everything - creating a new Outlook profile, starting Outlook in safe
mode (same issue), backing up my registry and removing the user account
information from the Protected Storage System Provider subkey, uninstalling
and reinstalling Office, system restore. Nothing seems to work. Any advice
is greatly appreciated.
How can I tell where my Personal Folders are looking to find my contacts in
the .pst file because I think it is looking in the wrong drive as I sometimes
get a message that it is looking for my contact .pst file in the E drive
insteasd of the C drive.
Thanks,
