Enter Network Password window comes up constantly since installing

I am using Vista Home Premium 32bit and Outlook 2003. Since installing the
Vista SP1 and while Outlook is loaded the Enter Network Password window keeps
popping up. When Outlook is not loaded this message does not appear. What
should I do to correct this. Thanks.
