Enter Network Password window

I have Windows ME. When I power up I always get a window
entitled Enter Network Password in the title and then
within Enter Your Network Password for Microsoft
Networking; then two boxes User Name and Password, I
click Cancel and it proceeds without any further
intervention. Its more annoying than anything else;
how do I get rid of this window?

I'd suggest asking this in one of the Windows ME newsgroups (they start
microsoft.public.windowsme)

This newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the database
product.
