"Enter Network Password"

Hi

Outlook 2007 running on Windows XP Pro updated.

I keep receiving an Outlook popup to "Enter Network Password". All fields
are filled in correctly. If I ticked "Save this password in your password
list" and then click "OK", a short time later it come back again. If I
clicked "Cancel", it will popup again in a shortwhile.

It's very annoying.

Please help to get rid of it.

Hi,

Would you please provide more detailed information regarding the issue?

1. How the Outlook connects to Mail Server?
2. Whether is it an Exchange environment?
3. When the issue occurs? Open Outlook, Send/Receive email or others?
4. When does the issue begin to occur? Whether the Outlook works correct
previously?

I suggest you recreate Outlook Profile to test whether the issue persists.
If the issue persists, please start Outlook with /Safe to check whether the
issue persists.
