ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD

When I go to Publish Web and use the Browse button I get a dialog:
Enter Network Password:
user name
password
........................................
Is this for the master account info
or
my web directory name and its password?

Enter the details for your hosting account so you can access the server -
its for your hosting disk space, yes.
That's so you can tranfer the files.
