Enter numbers in two different forms

Hi and Happy New Year, I have two different Forms and I
want when I enter a number in the Field of the one Form
the same number enter and in some Field of the second
Form, how I can do? Thank you.

I suppose the most usual way of doing this is for both forms to have
the same field within their respective record source table/query.
