This is my second post in response to your question.
Here's another thing I learned just a few minutes ago. If
there is an ampersand character in the field, or any other
of the "operators" listed in the Expression Builder, then
Access might attempt to evaluate your text as an
expression. This could cause the "Enter Parameter Value"
dialog to appear. Ask the Assistant for more information
about "ampersand". That's how I also figured out how to
actually get the "&" character to show up on reports.
Well, I've made that pesky box go back to sleep by
understanding and working with expressions, queries, and
(in my case) the ampersand character. Hope some of this
information helps point you toward success.
