A user in the company reports, everytime he tries to open an attachment when
logged on to Outlook Web Access he gets prompted for credentials, user has to
either cancel the prompt or enter credentials for about 4 times before he can
actually open up an attachment.
Password history, cookies and temp files were deleted.
Checked internet settings, verified trusted sites, added OWA addrees to
Trusted Sites but problem persists, this user tries in another computer and
he doesn't have this issue.
Please, can you tell me what can I do to avoid this "enter user ID and
password" message everytime user tries to open an attachment in OWA?
