enter post office mailbox password

when i attempt to get into Office Outlook I get a box that shows the following:
Post Office
mailbox
password
what do I put in? I believe my stumbling block is the Post Office.

Second: when I attempt to send email I get the following errors:
OxOOCCCOD
it also says MSFSMENU.ECF and MSFSPROP.ECF
