Enter value in one table to update another table

I am using MicroSoft Access 2000. I am trying to create an inventory
database. I would like to be able to enter inventory received into a field in
a table and update my on hand inventory field in another table.

You could use an unbound form and write vba to add received item to both
tables. Yep, that's how i'd do it.
