Entering Data from two users

There are 2 different users entering data to the database
(Access 2000)on a shared server and the only way for each
person to see any of the updates that the other person did
is to close the database and reopen it. I have worked in
an earlier verson before and we did not have to go through
this procedure.

How can I adjust this so that we don't have to close the
database and reopen it in order to see the updates,
whether it be new records or data that has changed in
specific fields.

If you are entering data on a from and the form is based
on a query, then set a control button on the from called
Refresh of Requery. Set the On Click event for this
control to the following:

ME.Requery
