Entering data

Im new to Acces and have a simple application Im using to learn from.
I want to effectively set up a diary where and 3 people can book a slot
against a pre set time. Eg
Time 1, 9:00 Name 1, Name 2, Name 3
Time 2, 9:00 Name 1, Name 2, Name 3
Time 3, 9:00 Name 1, Name 2, Name 3
Ideally I wolud like the calendar to be viewable and the data to be entered
through a "Booking Form" foreach time slot.
Am I expecting too much ?

Your example is showing 9 booking for 0900, not 3. Or is this 3 rooms in 1
time slot with 3 people in each?

How many days across would your calendar display?
