Entering Level 2 & 3 Budget Cost Information into Portfolio Server

Hi

I have set up my financial tree with three levels in it. However when I am
entering the budget cost information for the project. I can only enter
information at Level 1. What do I need to do so that I can enter the
information at the lower levels and have them roll up to level 1?

Once you drill down to the 2nd and 3rd levels it will allow you to imput data
at those levels.
