entering numbers

I use Word for Bill of Lading's where I work. Once I fill one out for a new
customer I save it. The next time I ship something to then all I do is change
the carton amount, number of pallets and weight. The only thing is, I have
four different areas of the Bill of Lading to enter the same numbers. Is
there a way I can set it up where I enter these numbers once and the other
three areas use this value and automatically display that number?
