Entering time on Timesheet

I'm just installing Project Server 2003 and trying to understand all of its
functions. Can a resource enter time on the timesheet before they either
"Accept" or "Reject" a task?

Unless the team member explicitly rejects a task, the system assumes the
team member accepted it, and therefore, allows them to enter time on the
task immediately in the timesheet. Hope this helps.

Adding to Dale's comment, once a resource enters time in against a task, the
reject feature for that task is disabled.
