I am having a hard time trying to get this enterprise attribute to work.
My goal is to create a custom attribute that contain a list of all the
resources in Project Server.
Here's what I've done so far:
Created two custom Fields as follows:
a. Resource Names in: Custom Fields -> Resource -> Type:Text -> Renamed
Enterprise Text 1
This custom field does a formula lookup of [Windows User Account].
b. Created another custom field named Project Mgr by selecting the following:
Custom Field-> Project -> type:text ->Renamed Enterprise Project Text1 and
selected Value list. In this value list popup selected "Import Value List"
and selected Project: "Checked-out Enterprise Global", Field Type: Resource,
Field: Resource Names.
c. I save the file and re-start Project Office.
After creating a new project and going through the enterprise attributes, I
do see the Project Mgr field but the dropdown list doesn't list the windows
accounts.
What did I miss.
Any assistance is much appreciated.
