Enterprise Calendar confusion

I had a problem in Project 2007 and ended up talking to PSS because our task
updates weren't showing in PWA. The solution was to copy/paste the tasks
from the old project to a new project. This resulted in something I'm not
understanding about enterprise calendars and how to change which calendar
the project and resources are actually using. Here are the specifics:
1. We basically have one Enterprise Calendar that we use, "Copy of Standard".
It is based on a 10 hour day. In PWA (Server settings, Enterprise
Calendar), it is there and named "Copy of Standard". There are also "Night
Shift" and "Standard" calendars available.
2. In my new project, going to Project | Project Information says that the
calendar for the project is "Copy of Standard".
3. However, when I go to Tools | Organizer, Calendars tab, the Calendars
available in global +non-cached Enterprise are "Copy of Standard1", "Night
Shift", and "Standard1". In the server settings, I have specified that
local calendars are not allowed.
4. If I look at the Resource Sheet view of my new project, the Base
Calendar for my resources are all "Copy of Standard1". I am unable to
change it to "Copy of Standard"

Questions:
A. Which calendar is my project using, "Copy of Standard" or "Copy of
Standard1"?
B. How do I change a resources base calendar to "Copy of Standard", or do I
even need to?

Thanks folks.

Not the entire row, just the Task Name, Work, and Resource. We've gone back
in and done all the indenting, linking, and re-picking the Resources
manually.

I think we may have determined how we see the Enterprise Calendars with a 1
on the end: This seems to happen when multiple projects are checked out.
Does that make sense?
