Enterprise Custom Fields -DNW ! ! !

System:
MS Project Server 2007 Eng + SP1
MS Project Professional 2007 Eng + SP1

Example:
In PWA Server Settings->Enterprise Custom Field Definition->
- Add New Field "Task State" [Scheduled,In Development, In QA, Completed]
- Add New Lookup Table "Task States"
- Customize My Assigments view to show new field.

In Project Professional (logged in as PM):
- Create New Project
- Insert Column, "Task State" (Enterprise)
- Create new task, assign a resource, select one from states ex: "Scheduled"
- Save & Publish.

In PWA:
- Login as resource assigned to the above mentioned task
- go to My Tasks, and i see Scheduled in Task States
! - Change Scheduled to -> Completed, Save & Submit !

In Project Professional 2007 (logged in as PM):
- I see that someone has wait for approval (Collaborate - Update Project
Progress)
- I accept this and apply to the plan.
- BUT Task State NOT UPDATED in Project Prof 2007!

So it looks like text enterprise fields not updated in Fat Client when
resource update them in PWA.

Any workaround can be done here?

The field your resource is changing is the Assignment level value, not the
task level value.

Insert your custom field in the task usage or resource usage view and you
should see the value updated at the assignment level.

Where is these views? I cannot find them.

Why I do not see updated values in MS ProjProf ?
