Enterprise Custom Fields

hi, I am having probelm with enterprise custom fields.

I configured enterprise custom fields called Application which is using
lookup table called application Lookup in Project Server, Example Below:

BIS
Application 1
Application 2
Application 3
Application 4
Application 5
...
GIS
Application a
Application b
Application c
Application d
Application e
...
The issue is; when I go to Project Information in MS Project 2007, the
custom field "Application" is listing few applications only, Example below.
But If i modify the property of any project via Project server, the field
"Application" is listing all the values.

Is this a known bug?
