Enterprise Custom Number Fields in PWA Timesheets

I am trying to get an Enterprise Custom Number Field in Project 2003 to show
up in timesheets at the Outline Level 1 without adding up all the numbers in
the tasks and summary tasks. I am using this number to show the priority of
the project, so it should be the same number value no matter what outline
level is open. Anybody have any suggestions?
