Hi,
One of our users does not get the Enterprise views etc. displayed when
she
works offline. That is, when she connects to the server, she has the
full
set of views, custom fields, toolbars, macros, that we have defined in
the
Enterprise Global. However, when she opens MSP, selects the server,
and
presses Offline, she does not get those features. This is PC
dependent, i.e.
if she logs on to another laptop and selects Offline mode, she does
get the
Enterprise features.
I've tried re-installing MSP (we have 2003, SP2). I've checked her
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\MS
Project\11\1033 folder, and I can see there is a Global.MPT there.
There is
also a .MPT which uses a GUID as the name, which I understand is the
local
copy of the Enterprise Global. It just doesn't seem to be picked up
when she
connects offline.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
