Enterprise field Problems

I can't get the formula in the enterprize fields to fire. I'm trying to get
the Stop light functionality to work but the formula will not execute. I
can't even get the raw text to show up instead of the graphic. Has anyone
run into this problem?

If so how did you fix it?

What is the formula? Have you pressed the F9 key to get the project to
recalculate? Let us know.
