I describe my problem from other side.
1. Create Project with two 1-day tasks with same resourse assigned
2. Create Finish-to-Start dependency with 0d lag
3. Tools -> Level resources.. -> Level Now
4. All OK !!!
5. Save and Close project
6. Open Enterprise Global
7. Tools -> Customize.. -> Enterprise Fields
8. Enterprise Project Text1 = folmula , for example IIF(([Duration
Variance]>0), "Text1", "Text2")
9. Save Enterprise Global
10. Restart Project Pro
11. Open Project
12. Tools -> Level resources.. -> Level Now
13. What I see ?????
14. Tasks are planned at the same day and moved forward
And same problem with any project and every formulas

I'm not sure what you were expecting, but if there are any overallocations
when Project calculates your formula, then the end date is bound to extend.
Your project should not have a "time". Let Project do its job properly by
delaying tasks until the resources are available, telling you when it is
possible to complete based on the data you've given it. If the end date is
not to your liking, then you will have to modify your project accordingly -
that's what you are paid for.
