Enterprise Gantt

I cant figure out the difference between the regular
Gantt view and the Enterprise Gantt... is there a
difference?

The Gantt Chart view is local view and is stored in the Global.mpt file on
your hard drive. If you make modifications to the Gantt Chart view, the
modifed view is stored in the project in which you made the changes. The
Enterprise Gantt Chart view is an enterprise view and is stored in the
Enterprise Global file in the Project Server database. Only your Project
Server administrator can modify the Enterprise Gantt Chart view. Hope this
