Enterprise Global file checkout

I've opened my Enterprise Global file and while editing it, my pc hanged.
After restarting my pc, I couldn't open the Enterprise Global file: It gave
an error message: "The enterprise global file cannot be checked out. You
cannot check out the enterprise global as it is already checked out to 'my
name'". I restarted the Project Server and tried again from my pc to open the
enterprise global but it still gave me the same error.

Any suggestion to remove the error and be able to open the enterprise global
file?

Al,

Your Enterprise Global file will remain checked out untill you check it. To
do so log in to PWA with ur credentials. --> Click Admin Tab --> click Manage
Enterprise Features --> click Check-in Enterprise Project link from the left
panel. Now you will find the file Enterprise Global, click it and check it in
