Enterprise Global Template Gone

Ok, I got the Enterprise Global Template to work. I
saved it. It was working great. Then, I made some minor
modifications, saved it again - during that save there
was a network error. So, the save never completed. Now
I am getting a communication error with the server and I
can't get Project 2002 to talk to the server. I can log
on directly to the server, I can see projects from the
server side.

The error I get is this: Project was unable to establish
a connection with the Microsoft Project Server. This
could be caused by loss of network connectivity, invalid
username or password, lack of an enterprise global
template, problems with the server, or enterprise
features not turned on.

I have eliminated the possibility of every one of those
errors EXCEPT for the global template. The server has
been rebooted as well - and yes, I can get to it.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
