Enterprise Global Template Update

We have opened the Enterprise Global Template. We have edited a
formula on two Enterprise Text fields. Saved the Enterprise Global
Template. Closed the Enterprise Global Template. Closed Ms Project
Pro 2003. Reopened Ms Project Pro 2003. Created a new project,
reviewed the Enterprise Text fields and they have the OLD formula in
them.

We have closed and reopened Ms Project Pro 2003 on 2 different
computers and they still have the OLD formulas.

How do we get the enterprise Global template to update to the client?
